I hope they have the future option to add another tier to the BE. 38,000 is fine now, but who knows what the future may bring. The artist impressions surrounding the ground look great, but it has to said that the Colwick Rd area is the one bit that spoils it.

Sounds as though the rowing clubs are on board together with Nottingham Uni who own some of the rowing club buildings if the compensation package is right. They will be inconvenienced and shan't have facilities for 1-2 years. They've been offered ground and first floor units below the tower block which is shown on the images
