I'm glad we're staying put on the banks of the Trent.
It's our home!

I’m buzzing about this.
Hopefully now we can get some fridges for the beer in Bridgford End.

Anybody can prepare a visual and design a new main stand but what is so impressive about the whole announcement is the identity and emphasis on tying the club and ground re-development in within the community. They are also looking improving every fans experiences visiting the ground not just the 'prawn sandwich' brigade.
Aside from the result on Monday night the overwhelming memory for me was the atmosphere that was as good as anything in the 35 years I have been a season ticket holder and Forza Garabaldi should take enormous credit for creating a superb independent spectacle which didn't rely on fake white plastic flags or free scarves.
One final note it also looks like Maranakis is also throwing in Russian 'escorts' in as part of the corporate experience if the visual on the website are accurate......

Now that’s what you call a football stadium. Can’t tell from the pictures but hopefully it includes leveling off the BE.

Great interview that I found very reassuring. There are going to be so many questions, but our owners seem better organized than I have ever known at Forest, and that’s going back to the 60s when we were run by a committee.

Just shows really all the bulls### we were told years ago of problems in rd-development of the CG. There are solutions to any problems IF you are prepared to work at it. Thank you Mr Marina is and all concerned in making today's announcement possible. Hopefully one drawback that can be overcome in improving areas of the stadium is the much needed widening of the Brian Clough Upper Tier concourse. Again, no problem is unsolvable when professional architects with vision are employed.

This is from another site and the fan works for BENOY.
Staff meeting this morning was about the forest project. All good stuff and reiterating that it is all systems go. Between now and the submission of the planning application there is going to be a focus on maximising the fan experience and engaging with supporter groups to incorporate their ideas. The message is that this stand is going to be something special, not run of the mill or formulaic. We will be touring the best stadia available for inspiration on how to improve the proposals further.

I got my ST in row 27 of the then Executive Stand. Row 28 was added afterwards. At that time it was the best thing to happen since 1898. Then the Trent End and BE were developed in the early 90s. I passed my ST on to my brother when I moved to New York in 1997 and he still has it, although now further forward. If this new development goes ahead it will be by far the biggest thing to ever happen off the field.
We now have an owner who truly lets his actions do the talking. Obviously he won’t please everyone, but it’s going to be difficult to argue against plans drawn up after extensive consultation with fans. This is not just about adding seats, but about the surrounding area and community too. If we get promoted, this year or next, FFP will be far less of a problem then who knows what could happen? Just look at Wolves.

Yes mate, also the freehold of the site will be resolved as well. Meeting the council Monday and should be able to find out more.
